Preparation and delivery are separate processes. We avoid promising exact delivery dates unless they are configured and confirmed later.
Large furniture may require longer delivery windows. Preparation time and carrier delivery time should be considered separately.
Customs/import fees may apply depending on destination and are not promised as included unless confirmed at checkout.
Returns accepted within 30 days where eligible. Customer should retain original packaging where required.
